Marko Stout and “The Cave”

A New York City artist who is popular with a theme about relation of human and universe and strongly rejects Descartes’ dualism is Marko Stout. He is a doctor in medicine, metaphysic, and biology who spend long time drawing human anatomy and illustrating their physiology when he was a student until when was teaching in his college lectures. He has an idea to look at this world with very different way, to look at this universe as active and living, forcing us to go eclipse a western materialistic world view. It is very interesting idea of him, right? His belief is that human beings will never exactly know of the nature of reality. Even he used acrylics and other mediums which could immediately influence to his vibrant abstract style. The viewer of his art work often leaving a question about the real, they are unsure if the reality is just an illusion.
Talking about Marko Stout, we should know “The Cave”. The Cave is a scenario about people in a real but the fact is just an illusion. The title “The Cave” is as a metaphor in which most of us having imprisonment of thought and sensory, that is why we do not know about this nature of this universe. He thought that finally people attempt to understand it through the religions, myths, and even scientific methodology.
Some students are often deal with any problems in making their projects because of limitation knowledge and information of the projects that they know. There are many duties that the teachers always give to the students including writing projects. Most students get these kinds of projects in their final day. There are some problems that they might be deal because of this limitation which will make them cannot work well on it.
