Tiger Woods appears on the cover of the upcoming issue of Vanity Fair sporting two weights — but no shirt.
The cover picture was shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz before the sex scandal broke and in the article, author Buzz Bissinger compiles a number of reports that have surfaced since the story started making headlines, some which said that Tiger allegedly made regular payments of between $5,000 and $10,000 each month to keep his harem quiet. AVENGED SEVENFOLD has issued the following statement regarding the passing of the band’s drummer, James Owen Sullivan (a.k.a. The Rev):
“It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we tell you of the passing today of Jimmy ‘The Rev’ Sullivan.
“Jimmy was not only one of the world’s best drummers, but more importantly, he was our best friend and brother.
“Our thoughts and prayers go out to Jimmy’s family and we hope that you will respect their privacy during this difficult time.” (more…)

Long term celebrity couple Tim Robbins and Susan Sarandon have split, Sarandon’s publicist has confirmed.
Sarandon, 61, and Robbins, 53, met on the set of Bull Durham in 1988 and had been domestic partners for 23 years prior to the split. The couple, both known for their outspoken opinions and political activism, famously never married. Sarandon said of the decision: (more…)
