Actress Scarlett Johansson has reportedly become the latest celebrity to fall victim to apparent leaked nude photos from her mobile phone, which appeared on a website on Wednesday.

The FBI has been drafted by “The Avengers” actress to investigate, according to celebrity news website TMZ. An FBI spokesman declined to confirm or deny the investigation, and a representative for Johansson was not immediately available to comment.

The photos show the 26 year-old actress in a towel with an exposed backside, while another shows her topless. They were posted on several celebrity gossip websites.

Johansson’s nude pictures are the latest to hit the internet after actresses including Jessica Alba and Vanessa Hudgens also suffered the embarrassment of explicit photos appearing on the internet.

Whatever it is, the Virginia horse-country characters, who caused a scandal with their uninvited appearance at a 2009 White House state dinner, seized our attention once again Wednesday when Tareq Salahi reported that his willowy blonde wife had been abducted.

In fact, Michaele Salahi had run away, it seems — into the open arms of a grizzled rock star.

Tareq, the polo-playing scion of the feuding Oasis Winery family, lit up the Internet early Wednesday when he told TMZ his wife of eight years had gone missing — and that he believed she’d been “kidnapped.”

Hours later, though, came a calmer statement from the Warren County (Va.) Sheriff’s department:

They had talked to Michaele Salahi. She seemed fine. She had left home willingly. And she told them she didn’t want her husband to know where she was. Sad. Or was it? The spotlight had dimmed for the couple since Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of D.C.” — which turned their state dinner scandal into a juicy reality-TV plot point last year — failed to get renewed for a second season. Still, there’s been a mild buzz of activity in Salahiworld: They’ve continued to float oddball stories about themselves (i.e., a recent report that they’re trying to have a baby) to the online gossip rags. They’ve recently tried to hype a gala reopening at Oasis — though it remains mired in an ownership dispute, and its assets are scheduled to be sold at a bankruptcy auction Saturday. (Investigations of alleged charity and business fraud by the couple are said to still be in play.) Meanwhile, talk-show star Montel Williams has issued cease-and-desist notices against the duo for falsely linking his name to their gala, which the couple has claimed will be the subject of a future TV show.

But now she’s gone.

Despite Michaele’s assurances to police, Tareq (who did not return The Post’s phone calls) gave tearful interviews maintaining she must have been coerced; Warren County authorities dutifully announced they were working with the FBI “to assure her well- being.”

Oh, she’s fine. Late in the day, a publicist for Journey — yes, the ’80s arena rockers — confirmed to us (following another TMZ report) that Michaele, 45, is shacking up with guitarist Neal Schon, 57, and is currently with him at a concert tour stop in Memphis. “She’s not been kidnapped,” the rep told us. “Nobody kidnapped her.”

Sigh. And hmmm. Schon’s not looking to get into reality TV, is he? “Absolutely not,” she said.

The “Single Ladies” singer is pregnant.

Beyoncé held her belly as she arrived at the Video Music Awards Sunday wearing a long, red dress, quite the opposite of her normal midriff-baring stage costumes.

When addressing photographers on the red carpet, Beyoncé said, “I have a surprise!” People reported.

Beyoncé’s rep later confirmed the news to the magazine. “I’m happy to say it’s true,” the rep said, according to People.

In a June interview special on “Piers Morgan Tonight,” Beyoncé said she looked forward to parenthood.

“I always said I would have a baby at 30,” said the singer whose 30^th birthday is September 4.

Apparently, Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z has also had children on his mind. He and Kanye rapped about fatherhood on “New Day” from their new album, “Watch The Throne.”

Tyler gave an expletive-riddled acceptance speech, admitting he didn’t prepare one, and also confessed that he had dreamed of winning an MTV trophy since the age of 9. He ended the address with what seemed to be an inspirational statement to young fans, but it was largely bleeped by MTV so there isn’t much to quote.

The MTV award was for the single “Yonkers” from his solo effort “Goblin,” released on indie XL Recordings. The win was something of a surprise for MTV, as it veered from the popularity-contest feel of the show, as “Goblin” has long disappeared from Billboard’s top-200 albums chart.

Earlier, Beyonce revealed that she was pregnant with a few knowing rubs of her belly, and gave a rousing performance of “Love on Top,” a gleefully chipper single, while Orange County’s rising Young the Giant was given a prime slot for its energetic alt-rock single “My Body.”

Authorities found a body outside Flanagan’s home in Monkton, Md. on Wednesday afternoon. Hours later, the Orioles confirmed that Flanagan – who served the team as a pitcher, front office executive and television broadcaster – was dead.

“I am so sorry to hear about Mike’s passing. He was a good friend and teammate,” said Hall of Fame third baseman Cal Ripken Jr., a former teammate of Flanagan’s. “… Mike was an Oriole through and through and he will be sorely missed by family, friends and fans. This is a sad day.”

Flanagan was a crafty left-hander who went 167-143 with a 3.90 ERA over 18 seasons with Baltimore and Toronto. He didn’t possess an overpowering fastball, but won a fair share of games by depending on a slow curve, a sinker and a changeup.

Flanagan received the Cy Young Award with the Orioles in 1979 after going 23-9 with a 3.08 ERA and five shutouts. The Orioles lost the World Series that year in seven games to Pittsburgh.

“We were a family,” former teammate and Hall of Fame pitcher Jim Palmer said after doing the Orioles telecast Wednesday night. “It’s devastating.”

Flanagan also played for Baltimore’s 1983 championship team, finishing 12-4 despite missing nearly three months with ligament damage in his left knee.

He was 141-116 with Baltimore and is a member of the team’s Hall of Fame. Flanagan was also the final Oriole to pitch at Memorial Stadium, Baltimore’s home from 1954-1991.

His career with Toronto was not as profound. Traded from Baltimore to the Blue Jays on August 31, 1987, for pitchers Oswaldo Peraza and Jose Mesa, he went 3-2 with Toronto that season, then 13-13 and 8-10.

He signed as a free agent with Baltimore in 1991 and pitched out of the bullpen during his final two seasons.

After his playing career, Flanagan worked in the Orioles’ front office as vice president for baseball operations and executive VP. In recent years, including this season, he did color commentary for the team’s TV network.

“It is with deep sadness that I learned of the death of my friend Mike Flanagan earlier this evening,” Orioles owner Peter Angelos said in a statement. “In over a quarter century with the organization, Flanny became an integral part of the Orioles family, for his accomplishments both on and off the field. His loss will be felt deeply and profoundly by all of us with the ballclub and by Orioles fans everywhere who admired him.”

Soleil Moon Frye, aka 1980s television’s Punky Brewster, says that when she was a child, she had a “heart-to-heart” chat with Michael Jackson in a hot tub and that the King of Pop also saved her from a swan.

The 35-year-old former child star reveals details her encounters with the late pop star in her new book “Happy Chaos,” which was released on Tuesday, August 23.

Jackson’s representatives have not commented on Frye’s remarks. The King of Pop, who died in 2009, had often touted his friendships with young celebrities and made headlines in 2005 when he was tried for child molestation in a case involving a teenage boy. He was found not guilty.

Frye says in the book that she met Jackson at a Bruce Springsteen concert she attended with Kidada Jones, the daughter of music producer Quincy Jones, who worked with the pop star. Jackson showed up at the box they were sitting in with his friend, actress Elizabeth Taylor, who passed away earlier this year.

Frye, who was 8 years old at the time, says Jackson later invited the two girls to his home and that she took him up on his offer two weeks later.

She and her mother showed up at his ranch in North Hollywood, which is near Los Angeles. Kidada Jones was there as well and she and Frye were later permitted to remain alone with Jackson and watch “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory,” a 1971 film starring Gene Wilder as a chocolate factory owner who takes a group of children on an tour of his mysterious and seemingly magical facility.

Frye says Kidada Jones left the house after the three finished watching the movie and that Jackson then offered to show her his animals. The singer was known for keeping a wide varierty of pets, notably his chimpanzee, Bubbles.

“We went outside on his stunning property and began walking over a bridge when a swan jumped out at me,” Frye says in her book. “Michael threw me to the ground in an effort to protect me. he explained that the female swan was pregnant and so the male swan was protecting her. Seemed normal, I guess.”

The two later returned to the house. Jackson asked if she wanted “to take a Jacuzzi” and she accepted. She says she changed into a swimsuit and the two sat in a hot tub “talking about life, love and the secrets of the world.”

“I remember him talking about the fact that he related more to kids than adults and that grown-ups never completely understood him,” Frye says. “He sat across from me and we had a dialogue as if we were peers – a true heart-to-heart. He never made me feel like this was a bizarre situation. It just seemed as if he really wanted someone to talk to, someone who would make no judgments about him.”

Frye said the two later played games in the house and that she never saw the pop star again after her mother picked her up.

“This story is not one I have shared often, but now I realize, if even for only one night, Michael Jackson was my babysitter,” she wrote. “As strange as it all sounds – and I know it sounds strange – it was a highlight in my young life.”

“Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” is based on the book “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” by Roald Dahl. A 2005 film remake by Tim Burton featured Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka and was touted as darker, even creepy, by many critics, some of whom drew comparisons between the title character and Jackson amid his much-publicized child molestation case.

Kidada Jones, who is 37 and the sister of “Parks and Recreation” actress Rashida Jones, has also not commented on Frye’s remarks.

Frye played pig-tailed Punky Brewster on a comedy series by the same name that ran from 1984 to 1988. After the show ended, the actress appeared on episodes of shows such as “Saved By The Bell,” “The Wonder Years” and “Friends” and voiced characters on the cartoons “Tiny Toon Adventures” and “The Ren & Stimpy Show.”

Frye had a recurring role as Roxie King on the sitcom “Sabrina: The Teenage Witch” between 2000 and 2003. Between 2001 and 2005, she voiced the character of Zoey on “The Proud Family.” In 2008, she had small parts on the animated show “Robot Chicken” and in 2010, began portraying the character Aseefa on “Planet Sheen.”

Frye’s most recent project is the movie “For Better Or For Worse,” which also stars Janeane Garofalo and Rebecca Gayheart.

Frye has been married to producer Jason Goldberg since 1998. They are parents to daughters Poet Sienna Rose, or Poe, who turns 6 on August 24, and Jagger Joseph Blue, who is 3 years old.

His decision to step down as Apple’s CEO, however, signals that his disease — kept in check for more than seven years — is advancing beyond doctors’ ability to control it, experts say.

While no one can say how Jobs will fare, “I suspect we will not be talking about years” of additional survival, says Zev Wainberg, a gastrointestinal oncologist with UCLA’s Jonsson Cancer Center with no personal knowledge of the case.

Jobs suffers from a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor, which accounts for only about 5% of the 43,000 pancreatic cancers diagnosed each year, and is generally more curable than more common types of pancreatic cancer, says Margaret Tempero, a pancreatic cancer expert at the University of California-San Francisco and former president of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Patients with the most common form of pancreatic cancer often live less than a year, says Tempero, who hasn’t treated Jobs.

Neuroendocrine tumors, which arise in hormone-producing cells of the pancreas, typically grow much more slowly, allowing patients to live at least two or three years, says Wainberg, who hasn’t treated Jobs.

Unless the disease is completely eradicated, however, the cancer eventually takes a turn for the worse, growing much more quickly, Wainberg says.

“People can co-exist with this disease for years,” says Richard Goldberg, an expert in neuroendocrine tumors at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, who has not treated Jobs. If the liver begins to fail, however, “people can go downhill pretty quickly. When you hit the wall, you hit the wall.”

Only about 10% of people with metastatic disease — cancer that has spread around the body — survive this type of tumor, Goldberg says.

With Jobs’ work ethic and strong love of his job, doctors say his decision to resign as Apple CEO suggests that he must be feeling very ill.

“Given his will to dominate, you’d have to speculate that he must not be doing well,” says James Abbruzzese, a pancreatic cancer expert at Houston’s M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Abbruzzese, one of the USA’s leading pancreatic cancer specialists, consulted on Jobs’ care early in the course of his treatment, but has not participated in Jobs’ treatment in several years.

Jobs has undergone aggressive treatment for the cancer, which he first acknowledged in 2004. Jobs had surgery to treat the original cancer, then underwent a liver transplant in 2009.

That suggests that his original tumor had spread from his pancreas to his liver, in spite of surgery to remove it, says Tempero.

Liver transplants for this kind of tumor are “occasionally successful, but it’s a real long shot,” Tempero says.

Patients who receive organ transplants must take drugs to prevent the body from rejecting the new organ, Tempero says. But because these drugs also suppress the immune system, they can allow the original cancer to re-emerge and attack either the new liver or other organs.

In rare cases, a liver transplant may cure the patient’s cancer, if it hasn’t spread around the body, Abbruzzese says.

More often, the transplants helps restore normal liver function, giving patients a few more years with a better quality of life, Abbruzzese says.

The fiercely private Jobs has said relatively little about his health problems, although he did acknowledge his bout with cancer during a commencement speech at Stanford University. “No one wants to die,” he said. “And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it.”

Actor Patrick Swayze died of the more common type of pancreatic cancer in 2009, as did opera star Luciano Pavarotti in 2007. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg also has had pancreatic cancer.

Doctors don’t know what causes neuroendocrine tumors, Abbruzzese says.

The most common types of pancreatic cancer, however, are linked to smoking and obesity, and possibly to a diet filled with red meat and fat. Those at greater risk include men, African-Americans, people older than 50, diabetics and those with a family history of pancreatic cancer. Chronic inflammation of the pancreas and exposure to certain chemicals also can cause the disease.

Scientists are actively studying ways to find the disease earlier, when it might be more curable, by looking at families in which several people have developed the cancer. Researchers also are searching for genes that may be involved. In January, scientists at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore announced that they had deciphered the genetic code, or genome, of neuroendocrine tumors, which they hope will lead to better treatments.

Tempero notes that the Food and Drug Administration approved two new drugs for neuroendocrine tumors, sunitinib and everolimus, this year.

“Apple is in incredible shape, and you could say that Jobs has changed many of our lives for the better,” Goldberg says. “I’m sorry to see him affected by this; it only redoubles my resolve to improve on the treatments we have.”

Ashford, who along with wife Valerie Simpson wrote some of Motown’s biggest hits, died in a New York City hospital, said publicist Liz Rosenberg, who was Ashford’s longtime friend. He had been suffering from throat cancer and had undergone radiation treatment, she told The Associated Press.

Though they had some of their greatest success at Motown with classics like “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” and “Reach Out And Touch Somebody’s Hand” by Ross and “You’re All I Need To Get By” by Gaye and Tammi Terrell, Ashford & Simpson also created anthems for others, like “I’m Every Woman” by Khan (and later remade by Whitney Houston). Ashford & Simpson also had success writing for themselves: Perhaps the best-known song they sang was the 1980s hit “Solid As A Rock.”

“His music is unmatched in terms of great songwriting,” Verdine White of Earth, Wind and Fire said after learning of his friend’s death.

“They had magic and that’s what creates those wonderful hits, that magic,” White added. “Without those songs, those artists wouldn’t have been able to go to the next level.”

Others in the music industry also mourned the loss. On Twitter, Alicia Keys wrote, “I’m so sad that he’s gone. … So many of the greatests are going to a greater place … what a legacy of infectious music … man!”

Ashford and Simpson’s relationship stretched more than four decades. They met in 1964 in a New York City church. Ashford, a South Carolina native, had come to the city to pursue a dance career. Simpson was a music student, and after connecting with her, they decided to start to write songs together.

“They were always comfortable with each other and they made all of us comfortable, because they were comfortable,” White said.

Their first major success occurred when they came up with “Let’s Go Get Stoned” for Ray Charles. The bluesy, gospel-tinged song became a huge hit for Charles, and soon, they came to the attention of Motown Records and began penning hits for their artists.

They started out writing soulful, romantic works for the duo of Gaye and Terrell that would become instant classics, like “Your Precious Love,” and “Ain’t Nothin’ Like The Real Thing.” In fact, “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” was originally their hit, until Ross later rerecorded it with a new arrangement that had sweeping pop grandeur and made it her signature song.

Ross may have been their greatest muse: With her, they had some of their biggest songs and helped give her career-defining hits that would distinguish her solo career apart from The Supremes. Among the songs Ross made hits were “Reach Out and Touch,” ”The Boss,” ”My House,” and “Missing You,” a tribute to the late Gaye and others. They also composed some of the music for “The Wiz,” the movie musical that starred Ross and Michael Jackson.

In an industry where marriages and partnerships are fleeting, Ashford and Simpson stood the test of time.

“The thing is they were married and working together, that was what was special about them. Everybody admired that,” White said.

The duo, married for 38 years, helped sell millions of records for several artists. They also had success as their own entity, but despite “Solid As a Rock,” their songs were dwarfed by those they penned for others. They continued to craft hits even into the new millennium: They are credited as co-writers on Amy Winehouse’s “Tears Dry On Their Own.”

In recent years, the pair continued to perform. They also were owners of the New York City restaurant Sugar Bar, where many top names and emerging talents would put on showcases.

In 2002, Ashford & Simpson were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Ashford is survived by his wife and two daughters. Rosenberg said there is no information yet on funeral arrangements.

Currently on the second leg of what is sure to be one of 2011′s highest-grossing tours, Weezy has been hit with a $15 million lawsuit over his Young Money crew’s 2009 single ‘BedRock,’ from their compilation album ‘We Are Young Money.’

AllHipHop reports that a Waynesboro, Georgia rap group called Done Deal Enterprises has filed suit against Wayne, Young Money Records and Cash Money Records, in the Southern district of New York, claiming ‘BedRock’ contains elements of DDE’s original composition of the same name, which they allegedly handed to a contact at Young Money.

Kingston, 21, stepped out on the Gibson Amphitheatre’s red carpet for his first public appearance since the incident, clad in a bright red vest, white T-shirt, jeans, and gold jewelry.

The Jamaican-American singer recently opened up to MTV about his near-fatal accident, which occurred over Memorial Day weekend when the watercraft he was driving crashed under a small bridge, injuring him and his passenger.

“A lot of people don’t know it was a deeper situation,” the “Beautiful Girls” singer said. “I had open heart surgery and I had two other surgeries.”

Doctors had to operate on Kingston multiple times when they discovered that his aorta was torn and blood was filling his chest. But the star, who in addition suffered a broken jaw, fractured wrist, and water in his lungs, made a miraculous full recovery. “I’m 100 percent right now,” he said. “What the accident basically taught me is, in life, you have to count your blessings.”
